It’s a London calling for team crobo, who will be attending Gamesforum London in the British capital on January 24 and 25. For the occasion, gaming industry leaders will gather in London to network at the first European gaming event of the year.
The premium global games event– formerly known as Mobile Games Forum – has unveiled a new “look” and name ahead of its fifteenth edition. Offering excellent speaking sessions and a professional environment to do business and exchange ideas, Gamesforum will be a fantastic opportunity to kickstart the year by delving into one of our favorite topics ever since launching crobo in 2012 – gaming.
Established representatives from over 200 companies will meet at the Etc Country Hall in central London to swap ideas, as well as discuss emerging industry trends and possible collaborations. Mobile gaming heavyweights Zynga, King and Wooga will be in attendance. Highlights on the agenda include Mee the Publisher sessions, where developers will get the chance to meet leading publishers from the sector and show them how their game is progressing.
In addition, over 80 speakers will take to the stage to share industry knowledge and provide a practical perspective on the games business over six content tracks including AR/VR, eSports, and the global games market. Names include Mike Bithell of Bithell Games, Jefferson Valadares of Bandai Namco and Mike Rose of No More Robot’s. Each track will also be hosted by games industry journalists such as eSports journalist Mike Stubbs, AskAboutGames’s Will Freeman, The Guardian’s Jordan Erica Webber and IGN’s Alysia Judge. All work and no play? Hardly. In true Gamesforum fashion, a games-themed soiree hosted on January 24 in Covent Garden’s Foundation Bar will give party-goers plenty of time to kick back, relax and catch up with fellow attendees.
Our mobile experts will be on hand throughout the conference to discuss all your user acquisition and performance marketing needs. To set up a meeting, please get in touch with our Director of Strategic Partnerships Christian Gaul. We look forward to catching you there – and just in case, don’t forget to bring your “brollies”!
